Sonic Drive-in

The food was literally PERFECTLY MADE!!! I got a number two, customized and mozz sticks w a Dr Pepper. The drink was fresh, the mozzarella sticks were literally heaven and the burger was just perfect!! I will be going back. The employee who took my order and brought out my food was especially kind and bubbly. And my order literally came out in less than 5 minutes. Did I mention it was a little after 1:30??

Third visit out of five, something was wrong..a couple of times using the app proved to be a pain. One of the visits we ordered directly & there was a language/communication barrier. We had to repeat the order numerous times and it still wasn't correct. I love Sonic but the last couple visits have me unimpressed and aggravated. Tonight's visit, there was a problem so we hit the red button; had to repeat ourselves at which time not one word was said by your employee, simply dead air.. I thought ok, that was rude and unprofessional but whatever, she'll correct the order and be back.. Nope, never came. We headed home, I went to eat my *chicken* sandwich - pic (of a hamburger) attached.

One of the best locations in the DFW area! Food - Always on-point. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Whether you order it via the app or delivery, the quality and taste is always great. Service - Friendly and fast! Ordered several times and my food is delivered to my car or home quickly and accurately. Tip: try their app, discounts on their drinks plus it’s very easy to order and pickup. Makes it cheaper than delivery and faster than ordering when you get there.

Their kiosk did not work for payment for the number one I ordered. Received my food with some freezer burnt fries, and the bun was burnt? How? I have no idea. It also seemed as though my burger was a little small; as if I had a kids meal. It’s something about this location that doesn’t sit well with me. I would have raised hell if it wasn’t for the new leaf I’ve turned. They have officially lost my business.

Food is okay, but overshadowed by the rudest individual I've had to deal with when ordering through a speaker. I have came here twice in the last month with my family due to my grandmother passing, and both times whoever has been on the speaker has been short, rude, and overall jacka**. The first time he cut us off as we were ordering. It was memorial day around 11pm so we have him the benefit of a doubt. But now, at 4:40pm in the afternoon, he is still the rudest individual I've had to order from. It's seriously off-putting and it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth afterwards regardless of the food's taste. Also they must not be able to keep their machines at the right temperature because I've ordered shakes both times and they came to us melted. I know this is Texas summer, but jeez 😂

Decent food but customer service could be worked on...Few of the staff are rude while taking order Update: Seems like the more I come recently the more rushed and rude the staff are. When taking an order PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE CUSTOMER OFF...I had to repeat myself sooo many times to order 2 drinks...Even then, they still messed up my drink (a xl sweet tea....they gave me some fruity tea...). I understand being busy and everything but being kind to your customers is what has them come back...Keep up poor service and you'll lose your clients...

Pushed the service button, button activated message came across screen, and waited over 10 minutes. Suddenly the service button is no longer activated, cars that arrived after me are receiving food, and the mobile app was was disabled so I know they didn't order until they pulled up. After 15 min i will find food elsewhere.
