Sonic Drive-in

I was craving a good burger. I chose sonic what a disappointment. I asked for a #1 and #2 combo to be cooked fresh. Both burgers was not cooked fresh and the fries were burnt. I gave the young lady a tip and she miscounted the money 3 times saying I only gave her a certain amount. So I asked her to count it again then she got it right. I’m not pleased with my order at all. #foodcritic

We frequent this location very often as it is close by our apartment. Reading the reviews really irk me. You can definitely tell that the people who are unhappy have never worked in the food industry. In my 3 years living in Tx, I have had 1 time where something was amiss but it was quickly resolved. People complaining about a wrong order or being asked if they want their change should just use the app. I have NEVER had an issue where the app is concerned when ordering my food. Again, we eat here 3 maybe 4 times a week, even if it is ordering drinks or just ice cream. Keep up the amazing job you all do!!!

Worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order before driving to another stall because I thought the first one might have been having an issue… only to continue waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. A gentleman finally comes through and tell me they’re closing in 5 minutes, which would have been 10 minutes prior to the close time scheduled online (not including the 15+ I’d been waiting), so they’re no longer making shakes. Fine. I tell him the first item I’d like to order and he never came back over the stall speaker. Will never order here again 👎🏽

I went to Sonic I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and Two coffee cold brews with some tater tots. When my order is brought to me I only get one coffee cold brew? I ask the waiteres where my other coffee cold brew was she says you only ordered one I said I ordered two coffee cold brews!! And to top it off they tried to get me to pay for there mistake. I don't think I should have have to. It should have been comped for the inconvenience. Very fustraited customer.!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I went last week, got tater tots among other items and paid with a $20 bill. Server came with food and accepted my bill then asked if I wanted my change back which was 3 dollars and some cents. I said she should be asking if I need anything first and I said I do need some salt, ketchup and my change. She said ma'am I only asked because we tip here then took her time bringing it and the change which included dollar bills only cause she pocketed my coins! I won't be going back for a while for sure. I was totally offended!!!
