The Mobil app pick up area has no point to it. If you order on the app and want to go pick up in the store they still make you wait in line to “check in” and get your receipt. They consistently forget one of my sauces. I’ve had more negative than positive experiences.

Horrible food, inhospitable staff( especially that old lady behind the counter) soda tasted weird…( I could go on but i think you get it already I will NOT be returning to this location

Ordered the new hot honey grilled chicken sandwich, opened the wrapper and the chicken was literally brown i thought they made it a burger instead of chicken. But no, it was literally just that brown. it was gross. the “crispy pickles” were soggy, as well as the bun and the bacon. 🤮

Pretty slow service but the food is DELISH. Love just getting a normal burger from them and it tastes out of this world lol. Clean inside and decently maintained restrooms

Food is quite good here, we love the chilli and visit this location several times a week.
Fresh + Hot food is key! Nobody like cold fries!
Have had some issues in the past with food not so great but that was rectified and has been great ever since!
Staff is always friendly, polite, even throughout the busy hours!
We enjoy coming to this restaurant!

I've only been to your restaurant in Plattsburgh three times. Each time you've messed up my sandwich and that's all I ever buy. Three times in a row? Something's gotta give!

The last two times I’ve went there, I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad, get to the window and they’re out of chicken. Seems like they need some sort of manager to keep enough food made. It’s not that hard.
