Just wanted to post what a pleasant and helpful lady Dawn is in the restaurant. All the time I've been in for scone and coffee and not once was I told they did a cream tea deal! . So added bonus I had clotted cream today too. Shame the others have never offered me the cream tea deal. Well done Dawn. Thank you 😊😊☕

Just wanted to say how outstanding 2 members of staff at your Poole branch were over the weekend. Jo Grimwade -Newton and Pauline who both went 'above and beyond' to locate a silver pitcher we wanted to buy but was out of stock in store and also online. They located it in another store and ensured we were contacted and able to have the item sent to our home address. Thanks to both - they were brilliant.

Decided I needed a new TV, after waiting a while an excellent salesman came and explained the technology. I chose a TV but it was too large for my flat , I returned it, and exchanged for a smaller TV no quarrel and got refund for the difference....fantastic service.

I have just bought an iPad from John Lewis in Poole. I was served by a young lad called Owen who definitely deserves a mention. He was so very helpful and informative not at all pushy hence my purchase!

buying a new television £50 cheaper than Curry's with a free 5 year warranty. That's this years christmas present sorted.

Always a great store. visited last Sunday, they have made a massive effort in the lead up to Christmas with things for the kids to do, father Christmas,elves, face painting, glass and coaster painting, photo booth, & a band, good work!
