The Cheesesteak Factory

I wish I could give a negative rating! I order two meals with a buy one get one coupon and a $2 fried hot dog, my order cost $16! Horrible discount, horrible food, and horrible service. I order a fried hot dog, I am not told until all other food is sitting in the window getting cold, that the cashier just ran to get more hot dogs "literally across the street", the hot dog looked and tasted like a dry shriveled few day old rubber hot dog. Although I live 1,400 miles away I will NEVER go to Chessesteak Factory again and I'm sure they will be closed down by my next visit.

I went in on Friday around 6 o'clock because I haven't had a sub from there from a long time and I remembered my last experience this sub was f****** awesome so open the door and I'm looking at the menu the guy behind the counter says it's going to be a long time. I'm like how long he tells me 2 hours that's right before closing.... so I'm still thinking about it then he proceeded to tell me he may not be able to make the sub before closing at all... so I'll leave discouraged because I didn't get the sub that I wanted however down the road there's a diamond in the rough call JC beverage she was willing to make me a very nice fresh sub and now I have a new sub place... customer service means something to some people!

Im very very very dissappointed. Ive had a couple issues with this place. Sandwiches are good but the fries always are hard as a rock ! Im actually holding back from calling them . U should NEVER serve fries that are over well done. Dont think ill be going here again, if i do the food that a pay for better be cooked properly . Get it together

*****YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS AT RISK WITH THIS COMPANY***** I just used this business for the first time to order food over the phone. Thank goodness I looked at my receipt!!! They will write down ALL of your CARD information on your ticket which is also a carbon copy!!!!! THIS IS A PCI VIOLATION AND THEY DON'T CARE!!! They don't even tell you or ask you of it is ok!!!!! They just hand you 2 papers at time of delivery and tell you to have a nice day. When I called them, the same guy who took my order told me he was the only one working and this is normal practice!!!!! Who else could see this information? What would happen if I just threw this paper away and someone else got it? What if the other carbon copies now have my information? They don't even care!!!! "They are too busy." "Only 1 guy working." "Normal practice." This is getting reported and also to my bank. Please be aware!!! I will post pictures too to show their carless handling of personal information. My address, card #, Exp date, Security code and Zip code are all here?!?!?! I covered most to protect myself but to show you what you are up against!!!! *****UPDATE***** Just spoke to my bank and for safety reasons I have to get a new debit card. I am now going to have to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to come in the mail. I have also been advised to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which I will be doing now. Thanks Cheesesteak Factory!!!! All of this to make sure I am protected as well as your other customers!!!!! I will never use this restaurant ever again!!!!!
