Zaxby's

I love our new Zaxby's location in Port St. Lucie. The food is excellent. One of my favorites is from the Wings and Things menu, 5 Buffalo Wings and 3 Chicken fingers with Zax Sauce. It comes with french fries, texas toast and a drink. Can't go wrong with this platter. Its guaranteed to fill you up and satisfy your craving for fried chicken.

Zaxby's is something I bring home for my kids about twice a month for a quick dinner after work. The is for the most part always pretty good. Last time I was there we did the nibbler meal but when I got home there was no chicken in the bun so I called and the manager was nice and states he would give me a nibbler meal next time I come because I was not going back that night. Supposedly took my name in number down in some book. When I went tonight, the employee states there is no book and made me feel as if I was lying. For the most I could have cared less about getting another meal. I only called so it didn't happen to some else. Now I felt I was lied to and made to feel like a lier. Again, I received and paid for my order but the customer service was poor. I work with people daily and good experiences and customer service is key to success. I like the food, but will now never order there again based on this experience. Empathy and kindness go a long way.

Just another chicken restaurant. Its fast food and the menu isn't that diverse. reminds me of a chik fil a. Seems like these types of restaurants are popular in the south. The order / receiving line is really hard to get to if there's a lot of people in the restaurant. Its even more difficult to pick up your food if someone is trying to get their drinks. It was certainly built a bit strange.

It use to be great and I would eat here all the Time but in the past few months their quality of customer service and food has went down. Examples are: cold food, no seasoning on the fries, purchasing extra sauce and not receiving it, rude tone of voice when interacting, incorrect change, and workers goofing off at the window. I kept hoping it would get better but it’s kept getting worse. I no longer purchase from this location.
