Wendy's

I gave a star because I absolutely H A D to. This location is very unprofessional. The staff is way to loud and talk about inappropriate stuff in a work environment. I had tasted every soda until another customer that was eating in stated that all sodas are flat " for a week " ( gross ) and they dont understand why they are giving cups with ice at register. Not to mention the soda machine is dirty as if it has never been cleaned. The womans bathroom was the cherry on top. I read other reviews, people mention the staff is young. That has nothing to do because lets take a moment and look at chik-fil-a. There level of professionalism is at 100% and they are in the same age range. Sadly, I wont be returning to this Wendy's again.

Extremely bad customer service from the girl taking orders. No manners and poor customer service skils. I got to Wendy’s with four minutes to spare to order breakfast. There was a truck in front of me ordering their breakfast order and the girl taking the order took about 3 minutes to ask them to forward to the next window. So by that time it was exactly 10:29 and I waited patiently for her to ask to take my order and when I asked to a number four breakfast at 10:29 She proceeded to tell me breakfast is over sorry! I said are you kidding me it’s 1029 she said no it isn’t it’s 1030. I said well now it’s 1030 now that you’re arguing with me about it and you could’ve just put my breakfast order in when I drove all the way over here sat behind this car while they ordered their breakfast and she waited to let them pull up for three minutes so that I couldn’t order breakfast. I asked to speak to a manager and she said you can talk to her when you pull up to the window. So I turn my car off got out of the car and went inside and tried to talk to the manager and the girl from the window started screaming at me so I started screaming back at her. I’ve never had such poor customer service from this Wendy’s. She does not deserve to have a job and customer service because she is absolutely no customer service skills and Wendy’s should fire for making them look bad.

My wife went here today and yet again the staff is rude and rushes you. Everytime we try to order they tell you the price and to pull forward before you are even done with your order. This is very unprofessional. This used to be a better location when it was a corporate location. Franchise owner is running it into the ground because hiring the worst staff. My wife gave up after only second item she tried to order and left to go somewhere else. They don't realize bad customer service drives away profits and when this location closes those people complaining about having to work won't have work anymore.

Worst Wendy's ever, and this review is from an ex-franchisee. Order the food, nice order taker. Get the food, fries and nuggets where expired holding time, ask for fresh fries, and nuggets, got denied by the crew....she said they were fresh enough.... The manager did not even care to come to assist, to busy with the drive thru.

If I could give it a 0 I would, unfortunately. My sisters' and I went to Wendy's to try the new Strawberry Frosties. Primarily, when my sister was given the Frosties the sir serving us couldn't even look up to say you're welcome when she said thank you.... Onto the Frosties. As I'm eating my Frosty, there are multiple pieces of hair in there. I almost threw up. I'm not sure if it's because of the paper cups but there was little pieces of Hair everywhere and I couldn't finish. Not only will I never go to this Wendy's, I'm done with all Wendy's. I really wanted to warn you all because for the prices of these things, you shouldn't risk your health. Hope you all are safe out there.
