I asked for 2 iced cappuccinos and I got just ice. Considering it’s the only drink I like from DD I would know how it’s supposed to look, taste, and what’s supposed to be in it and this is not it. It’s disgusting and now I’m making regular coffee at home to mix it with and hopefully make it less of a waste of my money.

When they make the coffees right they are really good. However I don’t understand why I get the same exact coffee drink everyday and it always taste different. They often just taste like there’s no swirl flavors or creamer. I wish they would be more accurate with orders.

I can definitely say that my coffee has gotten better within the last couple of weeks from this location. The gentleman on the intercom taking orders early in the morning is definitely an asset to your company. He is very polite. He literally says, "Good Morning" prior to taking my order.

Not your traditional DD. It took about 25 mins to get served cold Food. Definitely will not be back at this location.

Slow stuff in the afternoon. Always hanging out in back and takes about 5 min every day to get someone's attention. I get the snacking bacon bit stoped buying it here ..It never has any of the seasoning its supposed to and is always soggy and unimpressive ..over all lazy feeling and iy suck because I love dunkin and hate writing bad reviews about them

Here's a thought: STOP HIRING TEENAGERS.
Every time you go inside to place an order, you wait 5-10 minutes for an employee to come to the counter. Every time you go through the drive thru, you wait 15-30 minutes even though it's not busy only to receive an incorrect order. None of them have any manners nor know how to do their job. A cup of water can be made wrong. How many times a day do they have customers return to get a drink remade? 24/7. How many tries does it take to make an order correctly? The world may never know. Iced or hot drinks are constantly incorrect. Food items are always stale or cold.
Would you like a receipt? Not here. They never hand out your reciept. Also, do not interrupt the customer while they place their order. Wait until we're done speaking because hearing "Is that all?" after each uncompleted sentence gets annoying. Every employee is as slow as a snail with the attitude of the Grinch. Clearly, they want $15 an hour to stand around and chat. Sorry, but you must work hard to earn your money. Do better. The job is not even hard. I would know because I worked at a location in the area. Listen to the specifications of the order and follow through. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
The photo shown is an example of my frustration. I ordered these two iced coffees the same exact way through the drive thru. Now tell me, how can they look drastically different from one another if they're suppose to be exactly the same?
