Rice Huts

I usually do not take the time to go online and write a review but I was so dissatisfied with the food that I felt it warranted the time to do so. We ordered two dinner combos with extra egg rolls. When the dinner arrived and we opened them up 90% of the dinner was fried rice. There was 6 pieces of chicken in my General Tso chicken. In addition, the fried rice was not very good. All it was, was white rice with soy sauce, no vegetables, no meat, no egg with big clumps of white rice mixed in. So in addition to the cost of the dinner, $3.00 for delivery, tip and an additional $1.00 to pay by credit card my dogs enjoyed this for breakfast. I will not be ordering from this establishment again or recommending it to my friends and co workers.

Not only was the gelatinous mess they tried to pass as General Tso's the worst Asian food I've ever had and the customer service horrendous, when my wife mistakenly thought it was ok to tag the wall, the manager was classy enough to be a complete d-bag and berate her for doing so. When I told him we got the point and to stop being an a-hole, he eloquently told us to "Bounce." Which we gladly did. This was our first time here and also our last. Good luck ever getting a penny from me!

Worst wings ever. I tried Wing Hut on Bayshore, thinking they were Rice Hut, I guess at 1 point they were, and they had superior Honey Garlic Wings, and Honey BBQ Wings, and was disappointed to find out these 2 places are not the same company. 1st, and last time customer, especially when they didnt want to make things right.

I had general tso chicken and wow it was the worst General tso ever the chicken was in like a raw flour or something and the sauce was so far off the mark I threw the dish away won't be back here ever jeez, sad to see the owner comment about the pricing but nothing to say about horrible service and horrible food. ( note to owner you are a restraunt the two key things to success here is customer service and good food!)
