Panda Express

First experience at this location. Been to several and by far this is the worst one. The customer service was ok, but the food not so good. The rice had no flavor, the string bean chicken had more onions than chicken. It also look like some excess from the pan was in the chicken. The Angus steak and sesame chicken were ok. I was going to get an egg roll, but all the eggs rolls were EXTRA crispy!

If you are going to intentionally not serve certain menu items during the week than you should have separate menus. How about a Monday-Thursday menu and a Friday-Sunday menu. Not fair to wait in a huge line, get to the front, place an order from the menu, then be told you don’t make that menu item during the week. Bad for business. Think about how much time your employee has to waste telling every customer your out of certain items. Probably a lot easier to just update your menu.

They should have the food ready to go; it is supposed to be a fast food express instead of customers being asked to wait while it is being made. It was pretty tasty, but of concern was that the ends of many of the string beans were black and should have been trimmed and cleaned. Will go back and try another dish.

Love what Panda has to offer but frequently the food is dry or overly cooked and they never seem to get orders right at the drive thru. Also, it would be great if they offer more vegetarian choices .... How about a side dish of tofu? I would comeback in the future and hopefully quality is improved and can give them a 5 star.

This place is awful! DO NOT COME HERE, the line is always OUTRAGEOUSLY long! And the people waiting 20 minutes just for some food is part of the problem, eat somewhere else or dont eat at all, And what happened to the dine in? its never open, Honestly like what happened to it!? And the food is OK, but they never have most of the items on there list, and they never have the teriyaki chicken, and whenever they do, there is never any sauce!! Also, They never add any soy sauce to the bag, im not sure if they are out of soy sauce or if they just forget, And i ordered the family meal for me and my family, and i ordered coconut shrimp, its was so mushy, as if someone stepped in it, this place is not clean and just overall a awful place, DO NOT come here!!
