ah! so sad to discover this amazing Thai restaurant the last weekend of its existence! Flavors are very Bangkok but without the sweet. My cocktail was delicious & went way too fast. Pad kee mao was good but some noodles sticking together. Ribs were amazing. They were busy & you can tell they're nearing the end so service a bit scattered. Lovely outdoor tables. Farewell we hardly knew you!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! The food was mind-blowing!! Service was outstanding!! If I lived in Portland, I would eat here every day!! I highly highly highly recommend!!! Second time here, and my experience was better than the first. Everyone needs to come here and enjoy the most amazing Thai food! You will not be disappointed. I am already planning on coming here tomorrow before my flight back to Dayton. 02/02/2023 - This place is so wonderful that I made a 3 hour drive back here while I was in Seattle. There's no way I'm going to be on the West Coast and not come to the best Thai restaurant! 07/22/2023 - Just booked my flight to Portland so I can enjoy one last meal before you close. I'm going to miss you and your wonderful food so much!! Tears are filling my eyes as I write this, but I know in my heart you are on to bigger and better things!! Can't wait to see what the future holds for you!!! See you soon my friend!!

Didn’t capture pictures of every dish because we just dug in, but everything we ordered was so good! The four of us each had a different favorite dish which leads me to believe you can’t go wrong with whatever you order. The cocktails were super refreshing and delicious as well. Dog friendly seating and very dog friendly owner! She brought out a water bowl right away and treats for our dogs multiple times. Bummed that this spot is closing at the end of July but hoping they can find another place to share their delicious food!

The food was amazing. You could see the cook preparing the food, because the kitchen is at the front of the restaurant and you have to walk though the space to the seating. The room bs we’re super soft and melted in your mouth. The Larb was interesting, and also flavorful. The Pad Thai was tangy and sweet. The soup we had was full of tender meat. We split the mango sticky rice and it was the perfect ending! You could tell the chef loved what she made!

We enjoyed our experience at YUI. You could tell that the food was made with love and that the chef was sharing an incredible piece of her culture and heritage. They had seating outside as it is a unique set up inside with the kitchen right inside the front door. We tried a couple of different dishes (Khao Tod Naam Klook, Pork Ribs) all which were full of flavor. We felt that the dishes could be a bit bigger for the price but we still loved trying out a new spot with such unique dishes and flavors. Definitely worth stopping by!
