I think this has become one of my favorite new bars! I came in because sidecar is my favorite cocktail so I had to come in. The decor inside is totally my style (I was pointing out decor ideas to my husband the whole time). Service was excellent and cocktails were perfect. I had their Mississippi Sidecar as well as a Whiskey Sour. Will definitely return

Best old fashioned I’ve ever had. Awesome little spot with incredible happy hour deals and an extensive, excellent whiskey library. Staff is helpful, attentive, and great to interact with.

One of the best bars/pubs in Portland. Every time I'm in town this is a mandatory pilgrimage. Usually after picking up a few books from Bridge City Comics down the street.

We stopped in here randomly after getting dinner. The music (electroswing) drew us in, and we were greeted by really friendly staff. It's a tiny bar (famously so), but they didn't mind my girlfriend and I playing cards the whole time. Try the nuts while you're here; they're delicious and pair really well with the beer. Very pleased with this find. Lots of fun packed into a small bar!

If you enjoy Whiskey and you haven't been here, you will be ashamed of yourself once you visit. I know I was.
Incredible whiskey selection. Most innovative Manhattan menu I've ever seen. Friendly staff and excellent service.
Had the Mac and cheese just to test the food menu, and it was good.
If you are on Mississippi, and you like cocktails or high quality alcohol in general, and you don't stop here, then you are a fraud.
It's like the Whiskey Library, without the pretentious B.S.

This is a MUST if you like whiskey! John, the owner, is friendly and outgoing, and has curated an amazing assortment of whiskeys. John, one of the bartenders, is a force to be reckoned with in his all
of his distillery knowledge. We’ve been back twice in a two week period and will continue to return. If you’re looking for a rad little place that has great service and delicious whiskey, this is your spot. Food bites are also on point. Thanks for a great experience every time!

This place is an absolute gem. Bartenders are really friendly and the food is great. But the real reason to come is the whiskey selection, not only is it immense but the bartenders know their stuff. Plus they know how to make a mean cocktail. I've been coming here every week for the past 5 months.

Sidecar has a great ambiance and craft cocktails. This is not on the menu, but be sure and try the whiskey sour mixed with an egg white; a frothy and pleasing combination. The drink picture was already half gone. Whoops!

Love this place! Randomly strolled in and so glad we did. Tons of whiskey, but I am not a whiskey person and still had an amazing time. It’s small enough where you can build a relationship with the bartenders. The place smells amazing and the drinks are fantastic. Highly recommend

Really cool, laid back atmosphere! Great petite craft cocktail bar. Wonderful beer selection and a super friendly knowledgeable staff. Some outdoor seating and located in a wonderful neighborhood... what's not to like! Five stars! (Can't comment on the food, i just had drinks)
