We were happy with all the orders. The cheese platter was really good. The ceviche was awesome ( a little too small). The food was delicious, I would suggest you to share and try as much as you can. We can’t wait to come back again!

It has been a year and a half and we still talk about the carrots. For Christmas Eve we will try and replicate the cookie. COVID has kept us home- but when it’s all over- we want to come back. We live in Charleston- we have amazing restaurants- Ned Ludd is special. Can’t wait to return.

Great restaurant that's all about the food. If you want a fun food experience order the Family Feast where the chef sends out wave after wave of culinary creations, some on the menu and some subject to whatever whimsy they are caught up in. One of the best dining experiences I have had.

I don't have anything unique to add about the food and beverage experience. All amazing. I did want to point out they are doing great at distancing tables and keeping everything disinfected. I felt safe eating there tonight, and I'll probably come back soon.

Will definitely like to revisit during non C19 times to get the full atmosphere. But all the menu items we tried were great. Highlights Oysters on the cold menu and Trout on the entree menu.

If you're looking for an authentic Pacific Northwest dining experience and aren't into the glittery, trendy places. I strongly encourage you to book a table at Ned Ludd. Don't let its eclectic, rustic interior fool you. They're serious when it comes to putting delicious food on the table. You'll find fresh takes on whatever is in season. The flavors are bright, intense and homey. It's like the comfort food, but really elevated, with great cocktails. For the best experience, order several plates to share.

Amazing food and atmosphere! Love the decorations. Cute little charming restaurant. We order many things in the menu. All tasted great! New and interesting taste. We had wonderful time there together with our family. They cook food in their wood oven. Fun to watch. P.S. $$$$$$$

Great Portland dining experience with high quality, locally sourced food. The restaurant is warm and welcoming with a subtle smoky smell from the wood fired oven. We had a great time and I recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality modern American cuisine.
