Burger King

Employees were nice, so that gives a few stars. The last 2 times we have gone to a Burger King our orders were made wrong and just not even up to fast food standards. Which is pretty bad. I get it, staff isn't paid well at these places. I worked at one when I was a teenager and only made around $7/hour, but I was still grateful for work and made an effort for the customers. Maybe people aren't being trained well. Maybe they're not being paid well. Probably both. I don't know. I just know that fast food doesn't need to mean getting orders wrong and serving food that's cold or been sitting too long. This particular location seems to have a lot of problems in these areas, and they are franchised owned. So I'm leaving a review in hopes it leads to improvements in pay, training, and quality checks.

Usually when I come the wait time is ridiculous. But I'm patient and understanding and will wait. But today July, 3rd 2022 @1:15pm. The kid at the window was so sweet which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. I explained that the order box was broken and shows only black. And no one said anything for 10 minutes. I figured we just pull forward as other cars was paying and getting food. He apologized and said they are do busy. I did too apologize and said I understood. I asked if I may still reorder and he looked at the manager and she just simply said no and I would have to get behind 4 cars again. Which I already waited 20 minutes. Next time, be more nicer as a MANAGER! Or don't come to work. You could have taken my order and had me drive to the side and park. You should apply somewhere else and have the kid take ur position, he deserves it.

It is now 7:37 pm, they decide close early, we order food from Uber eats and they not going make our paid food and the they also close the drive thou. I recommend don't order any food from here again! Bad customer service and bad management. Oh and they don't even bother to answer the phones for complaints!

We went to the Burger King on 82nd by the Walmart we pulled up to give them are order they stated that they were closing in 20 minutes and didn't have enough meat to make our order we then asked if we could have fish sandwiches or and chicken sandwiches they said we don't think we have enough we were told to go to the Burger King up the street because they close at 11:00 the employees were extremely rude I just don't understand how Burger King could not have enough meat there was also two cars behind us that they did not service as well it was 9:40 if you close at 10:00 why were we not able to get our order plus the two cars behind us we will not be coming back to this Burger King again

If I could I would give negative stars. First of all the, kid taking our order had zero maners, but whatever. Then get home take one bite into my original chicken sandwich and it's hard as a brick and burned to a crisp. I actually spit it out it was so terrible. I haven't been to BK in a long time and now I know why. 😞
