Taco Bell

We came here for lunch and went through the drive-thru. We purchased the 8 pack of 4 tacos and 4 5 layer burritos. We had asked if we could substitute some burritos for some of the tacos in the 12 pack and were told that they couldn't do that. Other taco-bell's have so I guess it's their choice not to at this location. We ordered 2-hard tacos, 2-soft tacos and 4-burritos with fire sauce. The line was short, only 3 cars, and it moved quickly so the crew was efficient but not too friendly. We were happy with the food, it was good, but would have rather had the 12 pack over the 8 pack. The parking lot was clean and picked up. From what we could see, the restaurant was clean also. Overall this was a good visit. I was disappointed that there was absolutely NO FLEXIBILITY in the menu without purchasing the items individually. I can recommend this place, but only if you don't want to change anything on the menu. They did forget to give us the fire sauce we had asked for. The cost for the 8 pack was $16 so $2 per item, which seemed pretty steep for tacos.

I am extremely disgruntled with this location. They rarely get my order correct. Tonight I ordered a Burrito Supreme Combo and did not receive the crunchy taco that was supposed to be included. When you go through the drive through it is difficult to check the order without delaying traffic so these issues are often not noticed until you arrive home. They need to get it right. I am extremely bummed about this attention to detail, but not enough to make it worth my while to return.

This is the most horrible Taco Bell that I have ever been to. The last three times I have been here they take 30+ minutes and the food is consistently cold. I had a $25 order and not one of the items was good. Cheese was not melted, meat was cold. Packaged extremely poorly. Everything was carelessly thrown into a bag. Workers were extremely rude and while I was waiting on my food there was another complaint about something not being made correctly and workers were rude to them as well (she was a young girl) Will absolutely never be returning to this particular location again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff are childish & Rude!! Ordered green salsa & the cashier rolled their eyes like I was making them work harder. When I opened the salsa it was only a quarter filled. The drive thru line took a long time too, at least 10 min, 2 cars got out of line because it was taking so long. Horrible service a year go when I ordered a bean burrito & it was frozen. Will not ever go to this location again.

Horrible experience ordering inside. Was instructed AT THE COUNTER by AN EMPLOYEE that we had to order on tablets in the lobby because they would NOT personally take our order. There were MULTIPLE glitches, plus it took an inordinate amount of time. Customers were backed up waiting for us as we tried our best to navigate the screens and circumvent the problems with the online software. My son used the drive though and while he was done A HALF AN HOUR before we were after arriving at the same time, items were left out of his order. WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN.
