Mcdonald's

Ordered on line, mobile app. Waited 15 minutes for the pickup order to come through so I could get curbside delivery. No notice. Went through drive thru, told them I had a mobile order. They informed me that they never got the order. Could not process with out an order number. I don't have an order number, that's the problem. Needed to reorder. What a hassle.

This location was amazing during the pandemic, to the point that we made an effort to patronize this location nearly daily from March of 2020 through the lockdowns... Since then the service at this location has slid from exceptional to mediocre and now to rude. This is a shame Andi hope that the franchisee improves customer service training.

Last week someone walked up & cut in line at the drive thru and raised their voice at the employees, furious they arrived too late for a breakfast order. the employee/manager kept their composure and dealt with the situation until the irate person left. These employees deserve a raise for their professionalism.

Pretty solid as far as McDonald's locations go. It has everything a good McDonald's would have - the same menu you'd expect anywhere, hot food, a play place (if you let your kids go in there), a fast moving drive-through, and of course a Redbox outside. This location is fairly popular and can see some beastly lines during the lunch hour, sometimes even extending beyond their designated drive-through area and into the shopping center's parking lot. The plus side is that the line usually moves quickly. Also a big fan of their new $1/2/3 dollar menu. Brings some of that traditional value back to their name when most spots have gone towards "value menus" which just designates cheaper items, though that's still kind of what they're doing here but at least there is something you can get for just a buck or two! Personal favorites are the $2 bacon McDoubles, great! I would recommend this spot for a quick and reliable bite to eat.

Average McDonald's, a bit of a line during lunch and dinner, they close a little early so if you are a night owl you won't be able to get any food from here, I would recommend going an hour before they say they are closing because it usually is not correct for most McDonald's. The food has been accurate and well made 95% of the time, and if you were on the app they always get the order correctly, just make sure to choose the drive-thru option to correct any mistakes while you're at the front window.
