The yakisoba noodle teriyaki chicken dish (extra chicken) was very delicious and affordable; the rest of the establishment was deliciously interesting and a pleasantly creepy...
Also sold here: cocktails, cell phone chargers, beer, and some things that are very odd or just plain confusing. Make sure to grab a window seat so you can keep an eye on your locked vehicle...

We have loved Charlie’s for years. It’s not fancy by any means but good prices an the guy himself makes the chicken super tasty. And has had my vegetables on point. The only down side to this place is it needs a deep clean. But for being in S.E. it’s a great fast place to eat

Honestly, I did not eat here. I walked in, the pictures of menu items on the walls were faded to the point it made the food look discusting and unpalatable. The counter looked unclean and frankly, all I felt were 'health-code violations" This place needs a serious overhaul.

Great chicken-rice bowl, made right in front of you in the open kitchen. Delicious fresh mango smoothie too! Kind of a deli atmosphere with plenty of tables, and surprisingly they not only have beer but several liquors too.

This ppl are so resist I ordered my food online when I went there to pick up he told me they are closed and refused to give the food just wow I can’t believe there is ppl like this out there running business.

Delicious! A great menu, perfect portions for take home, and substitutions are allowed with any plate! I love the teriyaki sauces used to sautee veggies and meats! If you have not visited this establishment, you have to give it a try!! I love Bento, and stir fry's, so this little gem located in S.E. area of Portland, is going on my fav list...I rate Charlie's a 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the menu alone, even though the restaurant is small, it serves a lot of the locals in the area! They also have Lottery and Keno available!

Teriyaki was slamming the vegetables were delicious the rice was mush however. But the service was super lacking and jesus please clean your kitchen if a health inspector walked in you wouldnt be able to serve food ever again .
