I proper love this place. We've been going for years. Sometimes the tables don't get cleaned up promptly but to be honest it's always busy and they work really hard. Other than that can't fault it. Ice cream always great with loads of choices and the food is great and tasty. They do screw Halloween food for the kids etc. Well good I tell thee.

Popped in for a cool down ice-cream during a random heatwave in September. I ordered mint & choc with Oreo flavour ice-cream it was incredible so soft and creamy, and good value for money. Well worth the 20 min drive and very good portion sizes too. Service fab and AC was a bonus as my ice-cream didn't melt as quick as it would of outside. Ample free parking too which is a huge bonus.

Delicious Ice-cream. We stopped on the way back from Soutport and with both outside and inside seating and a choice of portion sizes it's easy to find something to eat for everyone.

Amazing place and quality ice cream. Women serving was friendly and cheerful. Made me cappuccino when they were just closing. Great gesture and appreciated. Small things makes you wanna go back.

Amazing! Ordered 2 ice cream milkshakes £3.50 each which i think is an absolute bargain! Lots of staff so service is really quick no matter the length of the queue which can get out of the door. Buts thats the quality and rep this place has landed.
Plenty of seating aswell. Only suggestion i would make is have a seperate exit as when the queue exceeds the door people have to squeeze past to get out.
Looking forward to going again soon

Went today at a very busy time for ice cream with a friend.
We have a few issues with allergies and the lady serving us was knowledgable,patient and understanding.
Excellent customer service,oh and the ice cream was great too.

Wow is all I can say. Never had so much ice cream fit into a double cone before. 2 scoops was more like 5 or 6 definitely value for money. £4 for 2 scoops with nuts on top. I had mint choc chip as well as one on my daughter's. My wife had Biscoff and Chocolate brownie. My other daughter had Chocolate Brownie and Bubblegum. 5 extremely large ice creams for £25 could now beat it anywhere.

A great place to go. Ice cream is fantastic and breakfasts are spot-on. Excellent choice for lunch, great coffee. Friendly and cheerful staff. A stones-throw from the lovely Brickcroft Reserve. See picture.

Just had a lovely BLT and luxury hot chocolate from Tootsies. Friendly, quick service and lovely hot food. Bacon was extra crispy just as requested and hot choc came with marshmallows and flake in a separate pot so they hadn't all melted by the time I drank it. Thank you Tootsies!

A great little ice cream shop and cafe. We had a hot meal inside which was air conditioned. Lovely and cool inside. Quick service and the food was lovely. Also very reasonably priced. Would recommend. Parking at the side with the entrance from the A59.
