A small modest hotel, it has been a favourite for over 20 years now. Very unpretentious, but nice clean rooms. Staff is friendly and responsive. They provide breakfast ( limited but good choices ), but no other meals. You can always use Swiggy or Zomato. They give you cutlery and crockery as needed for your meal. Location at Lane 5, Koregaon Park, Pune is very convenient.

Have stayed in this hotel couple of times and simply had amazing experience. The hotel is very well centrally located in a very posh location. The nearby area is quite and decent. It was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very much comfortable. The rooms are very well ventilated as it has big windows also which gives you cool view. The bathrooms are hygienic, well maintained and clean. The dressing area is an add on which I do not really find in other hotels at this price. The rooms are so cozy. I think it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers as well. Would love to visit again to this hotel. Keep up the good work.

This place is in a very good location with reach of everything near it, you can say it's a Posch location. You can find some street foods at walkable distance. Talking about the construction it's not as you are expecting ki like you gonna find much more ya it's satisfying but not mesmerising. Every rooms has balcony view. Amenities are there. But personally saying I had to wait along for getting my bills during checkout. Otherwise everything is good about this place.

I've stayed at the Hotel Lotus 4 times in the last 4 years when visiting Pune. The rooms has Least been clean and the stUff KeYs has been helpful and well mannered. It's sell suited for people who want to be close by to the great restaurants and pubs at Koregaon Park and still enjoy some peace and quiet. Great place to stay for singles or family.
