Frozen Flavours

So I would like to review Conrad from a very different perspective. I was at Conrad on 1st Jan to dine in for the evening and as usual the dining experience was par excellence. However it's the sublime ancillary services that I would like to especially appreciate. While giving my car to the valet, apparently my car ran out of battery, I got worried but the valet staff assured me of help and manually pushed the car towards the sideway and I proceeded for dinner. After the dinner, at the valet pick up point, I tripped over and fell . The valet staff and security staff immediately helped me get up and offered me water to drink. The clock was ticking around 11.00 pm and the car was still not starting and since this was something I was experiencing for the first time the panic had started to set in. However the valet staff were courteous and generous enough to help me Jumpstart the car. The car started and I set for home. This would have not been possible without the help of team Conrad. Inspite of the voluminous footfall team Conrad was courteous enough to help in every which way. Hats off to team Conrad and a here's a shout out for the valet and security staff.

Our stay at the Conrad was very pleasant and the well located hotel offered all amenities and facilities that made the stay enjoyable. The room was well done up and Shantanu, the housekeeping attendant used his creativity to make something new in the room everyday. The buffet at Coriander could be a little better , however Chefs Prabhjeet Singh and Sarthak Bhatnagar went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Chef Prabhjeet made amazing, delicious kebabs especially for us and Chef Sarthak enticed us with his special creations. The service however could have been better and at times one had to wait quite a bit to get the order. Rishab at the reception was helpful and welcoming. overall, Conrad is a nice hotel to stay at.

The Conrad Pune hotel is the best i have ever stayed. This is the most beautiful, comfortable, and friendly hotel i Pune. The food is great, gym/pool/spa amenities are top of the line, and the comfort of the room made it easier to get used to time away from home. Will definitely plan to go back and stay at Conrad when visiting Pune.
