Superb service and awesome taste is how I would summarise. They have variety of misals and the mattha is to die for. A must visit for sure !

A yummy spicy Misal, there was no waiting and the service was prompt. We need to take token before being catered in, even for takeout we have to take a new token. For medium spicy Misal it was very spicy. After a long time I had such a spicy food with every bite needed a sip of buttermilk.

However, the atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant leave much to be desired. The seating arrangement is not very convenient, and the place is not very cozy. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a quick and satisfying meal, Katakir Misal is a great choice.

No ventiliation...exhaust was off and suffocating, no taste to that misal...just spicy...food should be tasty and spicy along...also the bill was too much for just 4 misal...should learn the meaning of food quality...

Misal is great. Go for the medium one unless you know your taste. Their mattha is quite tasty.
Ambiance isn't so great, but I doubt that true misal lovers will care about that. They have charging points! That's a plus.
Apart from that there obviously is that (in)famous Puneri restriction against sharing. Parcel charges extra and all that.
My only suggestion is to have more beverages to wash down the spice, especially kokam sharbat. And yes, why isn't there an option to have sugar if you serve dahi?!
Overall - if you love misal, none if it matters, go for it!

Taste is awesome. Sometimes you have to wait for some time because of crowd. Token system is available here. The menu is in the limited form means if you buy anything at second time the you need to pay the extra price for that. But the test is good.

If you want authentic maharatrian Misal then this is the best hotel .
Just go fo it ..
Your are spicy eater then you will get that kind misal if are light spicy then you will get that also .
You will get butter milk but not that kind of good.

I really like katakir misal, it is my all time fav one in entire pune from last 5 yrs! They serve 3 types of misal spicy, medium spicy and normal one. Mine fav is medium one and there pav quality is very good competitive to any other misal pav, there matta quality and teast is just wow! #kakathodiextratarridyana.

I just loved the taste! I've tried misal for the first time in my life outside and that too in katakirr...I'm really impressed..everyone out there please do try it's worth it👍👍they give the exact taste as per you order. I had ordered light misal and it was truly light it wasnt hot and tikhat at all..its ambience service taste all amazing💯
