Nice cozy place. The service was excellent from our waitress. It became busy and she was by herself, she did a great job. Checked on us and the cook was fast with our order. The other waitress also helped out with the busy rush. Food was delicious, no complaints. First time visiting and adored the place. Left feeling full but not over full.

Randomly run into this spot and wow! Food is delicious, amazing burgers, they make their own sauces (even the ketchup!). Service is also very good. Worth every penny.

My son was super jealous when I sent him this picture, he’s at camp and he loves poutine.
We searched for a highly rated restaurant that had unique poutine and was close to where we were staying. Chez Victor met all our criteria.
As an English speaking person (I speak a little and I’m still learning), I found the waitress to be very helpful and she did her best to communicate with me.
I ordered the smoked meat poutine. OMG. Yummy. So delicious, lots of smoked meat, mustard crispy breaded pickles, cheese and BBQ gravy. Very tasty.
My tip? I would order the original gravy next time.

Burgers were good. Fries are not fresh, cooked from frozen. The toast on the Duck club sandwich was hard as a rock. Sauces are good. Also if you serve poppy seed buns inform the customer, I can't eat seeds. Staff really nice.

Great variety of burgers and poutines. A burger of the week every week of the year. The quality/price is awesome ! A must in Quebec City for burgers. Each branch got a few unique burgers and signature poutines. Good choice of regional beers. If you are still up, good desserts and a mention to the good coffees/teas. **Place to hit during poutine/burger weeks**
