Rotisserie St-hubert

My first time having the infamous St Huberts. I was visiting Québec City and had to try it. The restaurant was very nice - classy. We were given the private room as our party was 9. They accommodated out walk-in . Service was excellent. Our waitress - Vyaana was excellent. The food was great. There is a 3 course option that comes with an appetizer, main, dessert and a free unlimited drink - pop, tea or coffee. There is also unlimited coleslaw - wet or dry. The rotisserie chicken was amazing - moist, fresh, flavourful and tasty. The gravy was perfect. The desserts were all yummy and huge. Great price for the service and food. Portions were huge and filling - very hard to finish my meal but its great taste made it possible. I definitely recommend visiting and can’t wait to have it again.

Beautiful decor and great dishes, however service is too quick, I would understand if it was a weekday at lunch time, but for a Saturday evening when you order wine they could slow down. Waiter was very friendly but hovered around and was picking up our plates as we were chewing last bites, no down time between courses. There was empty tables so that was not the reason.
