I bought the Sumatran water process decaf beans, and my coffee was delicious. The best one I've tried so far!
I love the second floor art exhibition, too.

Didn't expect such an ambience and coffee choice. This place looks so deceptive for it's taste. The barista is sweet and friendly. Must visit place in Quebec

The owner is nice. She makes beautiful flowers ateliers as well as exposing art in her cafe. Therefore the decoration changes very often. It s good to go for a coffee, but not ideal to study or work from there. The wifi is very good but the tables are so small and there are only one place with power (sockets).
In terms of coffee, very wide range, well served -> good and impressive.

Amazing place! Super friendly staff, fair price, great threats to eat and, of course, a great selection of coffees. When I arrived the staff was trying some new expresso. If I go to a place where the staff also loves what they offer, this is a good place. The deco is beautiful, good internet. Definitely one of my favorites place to read, study, work, listen to music or just drink some coffee :)

We wanted a quiet pleasant place to sit and talk and have a good coffee. I'm glad we decided to give Café Castelo try. It a comfortable designy setting, plays good music unobtrusively, serves great coffee, to our tastes anyway, and has a lovely art gallery up the stairs that you can trip to if you feel like a whimsical break. We let them know before we left that they are now our favorite coffee café in Quebec City

The best coffee shop in Quebec, by far. They carry a great selection of coffees which they roast at their warehouse. You can try any of their beans in an espresso, Americano, etc...the owner and baristas are so sweet and knowledgeable. We have an excellent coffee roaster here in Calgary, The Roasterie, which I miss when I am away, so it was great to connect with Cafe Castelo. For non-coffee drinkers, they make a superb hot chocolate.
