Burger King

Fast, friendly service today for lunch. Everything was fresh, and the wonderful lady working the drive thru made sure I wanted unsweet tea instead of sweet (7/10 times at fast food drivethru's I end up with sweet after ordering unsweet). She also made sure to get my zesty sauce for the onion rings, and asked if I needed anything else--all while juggling taking someone else's order AND with a smile. We need more people working drive thru's like her!!!!

My food was incorrect from the drive thru went inside asked for manager on duty because cashier didn't understand English well...To my surprise the manager used great communication with yes sir something these young adults don't use anymore...I salute this young woman Mo...Make BK great again need more workers like her...I need to contact store owners

Updated to add another review: 2nd review: I'm pregnant and I really wanted a spicy chicken sandwich with just a butt load of ketchup. Basically a ketchup sandwich with a little chicken. They made it perfectly. Pregnant lady approved! Thank you! 😊 1st reveiw: There are only two people working tonight so they were slammed and let me tell you the customer service was 5 stars. I've been in their shoes before and instead of going in the walk in and crying like I have done they stuck out their jobs and were super sweet and kind. These two people deserve raises.

Amazing customer service!!! Very friendly and professional interaction with customers... Cashier very patient in assisting with ordering and changing orders!!! There is one staff who interacts with customers with a big smile and friendly greeting from beginning to end. ( didn't ask her name but she has the blonde braids). Was a very refreshing observation!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Updated 9/3: Still 5 stars! We went to this location last Friday at lunchtime. They were busy but we were able to get our order placed and our food within a timely manner. The lady that took our order was Viola, and she was very patient and friendly. It is nice to have someone like her working the drive-thru as she was very pleasant. We placed an order for three combos, one being the impossible whopper. Everything in our order was correct (including adding cheese and whatnot). The drinks were also correct and we were able to get a sweet and sour sauce for the fries. Wonderful meal and a wonderful experience! Thank you!! We came here for a quick lunch while my parents were in town. We went inside to order as the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. Lots of places to park at this location. Inside there was also a line but it moved very quickly. The guy who rang us up was very pleasant and easy to talk with. While waiting, there were several people that came up due to their order being wrong and needed something swapped, etc. During our visit, (and every other time I have visited this BK), our order has always been correct. I do double check to ensure but have never had an issue. We used their app and got the 2/$5 Whopper Jr meals for my parents. We also purchased two impossible burger combos for myself and my husband. SO YUMMY! I wasn't asked to add cheese to the combo so I added my own when we got home. They do allow dine in options during this time but have every other table/booth blocked off for social distancing.

So I had all but given up on Burger King. I wanted to eat healthier and there just weren’t any options. Then thank impossible whopper came out. It’s insane how great it tastes. Even better than the whopper! This specific store has some awesome associates. They’ve always been friendly and accommodating. Can I suggest an impossible whopper Jr? Keep up the great work.
