Great pub for a weekend lunch. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was a fair price, tasted great and was a good portion size. The place is nicely decorated with a pleasant atmosphere

Reminiscing about my teenage years when this was my 'local'! Have been twice in 2 days now. Great food on my second visit and good beer/real ale. (They had T.E.A from Hogs Back and Timothy Taylor.) Also, great music on Good Friday evening from Ric and Sarah. We'll have no hesitation in returning, In fact, we will certainly return on many occasions now.
