Vals' Cafe

I really loved the place. It's located perfectly and you get great service as well. I went for a tea with my friend as I am addicted to tea😅. I was ready to adjust with it as I didn't had a good tea from any restaurants/cafe's after coming to London. But I was wrong and the tea that the lady made for me was really nice and I was so happy that I was even planned to go for another cup. But due to the time limit I had leave. But I will definitely be back and this time I will go for some of their dishes too.

...Leah, Leigh-Ann and Chloe were incredible!!! Arrived probably 5 minutes to closing time ( didn't know they were about to close ) and had a wonderful Hamburger, nice coffee and a cake in their company. Not even for a second they made feel unwelcome because whilst I was eating, of course, place was already closed. Thanks, girls !!!!

Have been meaning to visit this café for a while. It was open today (Sunday) and I took the opportunity of making a stop. I'm glad I did. The staff were all friendly and welcome. Excellent Covid policy in place, with signs inside and out advising customers on safe practice. Cleanliness was excellent. There was also hand sanitiser on all tables. They offer an eat-in, or takeaway service. At 9am Sunday, it wasn't too busy, with many large tables, I am sure you will always have room to eat in. There are also some tables outside if you prefer. From the various meals on the menu, I opted for the Full English and it didn't disappoint. It was excellent and clearly made using top ingredients. All sauces are available too. There is a selection of hot and cold drinks, with a coffee machine too. I've taken a few pictures of the menus, seating and the meal I had. Glad I finally visited and will definitely be going back. Recommended 5*

Got to say, I've been meaning to get down here sooner than I have, but I have to say it actually does impress. The food is spot on (fried slice for the win!) And is nicely finished. Clean and tidy along with pretty fast service (as it's Reading Festival, I expected a longer wait time) See you next weekend!
