Louie's Pizza

Wife and brother in law had a Louie special. Liked it a lot, good crust and flavorful. I had a cheeseburger, nice size burger, fresh toppings good bun. It was a simple lunch, no extra sides because there was caramel corn right next door for dessert. 😁 Service was quick and friendly. Give them a try.

I debated leaving a review. I can’t let this go, must warn people vacationing close to here. We traveled here to see the ocean while on vacation. We live right at a 1000 miles away and myself, I have had great pizza all up the northeast from Maryland to Maine. My wife is from Boston so we know good pizza. With saying this I’ve never had pizza this bad. If I had to compare the taste of it to another pizza, it would be maybe the taste of a totinos party pizza? I’m not exaggerating or trying to be mean or a pizza guru, but sadly I’ve had way better pizza at a gas station that has sit under a heat lamp all day in the middle of the Midwest, off a lonely interstate, in the middle of nowhere. We both cannot understand being on the east coast how this pizza place stays in business? Do yourself a favor and pass this place up. This is now our saying when we try pizza anywhere, it has to be better than Louie’s pizza on the beach in Delaware.

Great mom and pop shop to have a quick slice to go!! This place has been here since I was a kid. They have been here since the 70's and still remain friendly and faithful to there customers. There pizza is great and location is perfect only steps to the beach. Reccomend getting a small pizza to split with a friend it's only $6 and some change. Also reccomend there cheese steaks as they are very popular around town. Check them out and support a local small business.

Today on May 6, 2022, my husband ordered 2 slices of pizza for us for takeout, 10 minutes to pick up. I arrive in walking distance to pick up the pizza order 10 minutes later, it wasn’t ready so I paid and just waited, another 10 minutes or so goes by and other customers are being taken care of , I’m just waiting where they can see me. So finally I ask where are my slices and the cashier which was the only female at the time claims i didn’t pay already, mind you she watched me pay and I even tipped them . Bad service and experience will not come back again.
