Chipotle Mexican Grill

I mobile ordered after a long day and when I went to eat my bowl, it looked like something my 9 month old puppy had made. To top it off, multiple items were missing including rice, chips, and who knows what else. I was pretty much given a bowl of black bean soup and they didn’t inform me about any missing items when I picked it up. It sucks because I love chipotle, but don’t know if I’ll be back anytime soon to try the pollo asada. Luckily, after one bite, I picked out the chicken and fed it to my dog who absolutely loved it. Overall, this was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had and the employees working the night of 3/18/22 should never be allowed to make a burrito bowl ever again after this embarrassment.

I love this location. The food is always fresh, employees are always friendly, and the line always moves quickly when/if there is one. The manager (a lovely African American lady with dark curly hair) always greets me with a smile, and is happy to converse with me as I checkout. I love this place and recommend it year round.

Extraordinary service. From the execution to preparing my order til the moment I walked out the door The cashier was my favorite part of the experience. The customer in front of me questioned why his order was $40 and she handled the situation by explaining everything on his receipt that consisted of 3 different entrees plus large drinks and chips. She handled this customer with patience and a smile on her face. Couldn’t be me tho. His receipt was most definitely itemized and had the prices right there. I think he only wanted to complain just to complain.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this is this worst. The staff makes you feel you are a burden and the restaurant is filthy, always. I’ve been here a dozen times, it’s the only chipotle around. I feel obligated to reach out to corporate about this location. I’ve been here several times hoping to have a different experience with the next but the quality of service and cleanliness never improves. I don’t write reviews, ever. There seems to be no management here and certainly no concern or effort to improve given previous posts that share exactly the same experience I have had. I will not return.

Absolutely disgusting, I completely walked out of the restaurant after seeing this, what makes you guys think anybody would ever want to eat in such filth, this is absolutely outrageous. You guy certainly need to do better than this. This is just absurd and unacceptable. So I guess cross contamination is not a concern to you guys what’s so ever huh.

Huge fan of Chipotle typically. Been to this location a number of times and always find it messy. Garbage overflowing, the food prep area has food all over the counters and the floors need a good sweeping. The staff are mostly very nice though, more so than most Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Just one exception in Labor Day weekend where one guy was way over worked. He was barking at his coworkers and making an impact on them. Food wise I’ve seen this place run out of chicken and guacamole. Also bring credit card since I’ve seen notes about unable to make change. Wish they could step it up a notch and I would go there more often - and give them more stars.

A dumpster fire by any measure you choose. The interior was strewn with trash. The staff appeared to have no supervision and they rushed me out the door because they had to lock the doors at 7:30. They took my 3 soft tacos and wrapped them in a piece of foil and then seemed to take delight in squeezing them into one large lump.chipotle is supposed to be better than this. I get all the post covid world issues but this was such a bad experience that I would just say close the place down.
