Outback Steakhouse

The waitstaff in this restaurant are GREAT! It's very evident that all work exceptionally well together.They are very customer oriented,very friendly,and tentative. That alone is worth 5 stars in itself. Now the food: Strawberry lemonade was delicious! I got a to go cup before we left(and I will admit I was sad when I finished it..lol) the French onion soup...when I tell you this was some of the BEST soup I've ever had, it still doesn't do it it justice. My prime rib was done perfectly, and went GREAT with the Aussie fries and broccoli. I would highly recommend this place hands down. OH! and a helpful hint,the entrance is in the back..so you have to go out back of the Outback (LOL)to get into the parking lot.

The meal was served pretty plain. Just a slap of meat and a baked potato on a white plate. The server was forgetful and could not be found to get water refilled. She brought out wrong orders and didn't even serve us the loaf of bread. She complained loudly when she only got 10% tip for her poor service... which was way more than what she deserved.

We enjoy most visits in the off season here at the beach. Today's was exceptionally good. We had just finished watching a musical at the theater in Rehoboth Beach and decided to get dinner after. We were seated quickly without a reservation. The Waitress was quick and very attentive even though she admitted they were very busy, she had been there since they opened and she was new. We shared a salad. Then I had steak, shrimp and broccoli. Cooked perfectly. Drinks refilled. We were very happy with the overall experience.

We had a party of nine family members who went to the Outback in Rehoboth Friday evening, 2/4/22. Our waitress was Alexis who was superb and so very accommodating. Kudos to Alexis! Our food was delicious and everyone agreed that their meals were done to perfection. Thank you for a great birthday dinner!
