Burger Me!

So this one is going to be shorter than my other reviews. There's not much to say. I got the "Cowboy Burger" with regular fries and a drink. It comes with, 1/3 lbs Ground-beef patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles, smoked cheddar, flame-grilled jalapeños, with a squirt of BBQ sauce, on a brioche bun. Needless to say, it was just okay. Not an outstanding product, lacked in diversity in terms of flavor for the ground beef, aka seemingly unseasoned. The fries were also okay, they lightly, very lightly, seasoned it with salt, and topped it with some green onion snips. They have other types of meat to serve; Elk, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, and even Bison. I've had the Bison BBQ burger before, and Bison just isn't for me. I had a taste of the Elk Burger and it was better than the Bison. Honestly, this place isn't bad. However, I just don't feel like the flavors I was provided were that significant to separate themselves from other family owned burger joints. They also had fairly decent customer service, and our food came in a timely manner. Would I ever eat here again? If I'm on that side of town and am craving a burger, maybe. Would I recommend it? Only if you've never had it, as you might enjoy the menu.

They do have unique burgers & they support local ranchers which I do like. Overall I had a good experience. I got the NV Elk Burger; 1/3lb, havarti cheese, red onion, bacon garlic aioli w/ a “small” order of the onion rings.

I came here because I know the amazing food and ingredients offered. I’m giving the owners and the place the review it deserved in the past. The horrible customer service I was met with however can be given a 2 and I’m generous. The gentleman who made my shake and poured my beer was wonderfully polite the young lady however was the opposite. She barked at us with reply’s and never ones use please thank you or have a nice day. “What do you want” and “we’ll which one” instead of helping describe the choice. Attitude adjustment could be used. Witnessed the same tone with customers as we wait for our food. When your order was up dude slammed it and left no sauces asked for. Opened our food and found out fried with maybe 10 pieces barley any garlic. We just consumed $47 worth of an unsatisfying meal. We are locals that used to love burger me and I hope there’s a different vibe if we decide to try again.
