California Pizza

I ordered to go and ate in my room. I ordered the Thai salad. It was terrible. I should have returned it. There was little chicken and what little there was its so dry and hard to chew. I was really hungry so I ate 1/2 and couldn't stomach it any longer. I had a rancid taste in my mouth. Now I'm feeling in a state of regret in eating what I could. This restaurant should reconsider the quality of food and what they serve to thier customers. I'm afraid if eating here again. I hope they improve Thier quality of food.

Our team went to dinner tonight at the Reno California pizza kitchen and had terrible service. Our waitress was not friendly, helpful, or responsive. They delivered food to the wrong people, rarely checked on us and we had to ask several times to get drinks refilled. Most frustrating thing is that because we had a large group, they automatically added on $60 gratituity for the worst service ever. How does someone get paid $60/hour (if we were the only table she had) for poor service? I thought the patron paid gratituity as way of thanking waitresses for good service. Yet we didn't get to choose how much we paid her. I will NEVER go there again. If you are going to charge for service.... You should make sure it is good service. If you are in town for the qualifiers, don't eat there!!

The service was horrible. The waitress gave me an annoying face when I asked for a water. Service was really slow. Please expect extra wait time. Food quality is very normal. The taste does match for my pasta. It’s a little bit over price for this quality. There’s not many chicken in the pasta. The waitress made fun at me when I refused to add parmesan cheese to my pasta. I didn’t feel respect.

May be I was hungry, or had a great company, or had low expectations due to low ratings.... I enjoyed the food a lot.The mexican corn was amazing. They also had a cauliflower crust option, that was pretty good (see image of the pizza added). But loved the recommended dessert, some butter cake I do not remember (image added).

We love CPK and have eaten to different branches everywhere. But this location, OH MY GOSH! Super disappointed. My husband called this restaurant when we are parking at GSR and said there is 20 mins wait, so we decided to go. When we went to check in, they said its going to be 45 mins (😳😤)so we still waited. 45 minutes passed and we weren’t called yet bec there are no available table. After another 10 mins I asked again how many people are still ahead of me, and they told me they will sit us now. We were seen by our waiter immediately and our food came 20 mins after. The food is great, but I didn’t enjoy it bec I was so mad from the long waiting. Our waiter is somewhat busy with other customers, that she forgot to refill my drinks when I requested one, I ended up drinking my kids lemonade bec Im so mad I dont want to talk to any of the staff anymore. Oh by the way, when we were seated there are alot of vacant tables inside! So why did it take too long to seat the customers? So, if you are hungry and have kids, don’t eat here! You will be wasting your time waiting for a long time. Their turn around time for everything is so slow thats why customers suffer the long wait. FYI, I haven’t waited more than 20 mins for any CPK restaurant we’ve been to except for this one.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a CPK! The manager was amazing she told us about the resort and things to do. She was super friendly and cracked jokes. She made sure that every piece of food was up to par and could even be seen helping in the kitchen when they were getting backed up. I’d definitely recommend going!!

Sauce was good that’s it. Noodles under cooked shrimp had shell still…don’t think I should have to use my fingers on my fettuccine. Service=bad people next to us came in 20 minutes after n got food before us and had the same amount of people. Sauce was a 6/10. The plate was a pinch full. Sisters pizza was straight grease and friend Mac n cheese was plain super basic….tooooooo expensive
