Sweets Handmade Candies

The employees here are super friendly and helpful, and let me just tell you, when you walk through the door the smell of the chocolate simmering in that big pot will make your mouth water and your stress fade away haha. Kind of out of the way, especially if you walk everywhere, like me. But definitely was worth it. FYI, they sell coffee/mochas too!

I've been coming here for almost a decade now and the quality has gone way done. First and foremost, it would've been nice to have been greeted or even acknowledged while I stood there patiently and waited my turn. I ordered several different treats. The chocolate covered chips were stale and I found a fiber stuck to it. My chocolate covered cherries were old and the chocolate was stale. I paid $12.00. For that price is it too much to ask for quality ingredients that are fresh? I will not be returning and instead stick to Sees Candy.

We were at the world market and smelled the aroma of candy. We walked into the store, a nice young adult lady greeted us and started telling us about the store, when an older employee interrupted her and told my wife to wear her cloth mask that was around her neck. At the time we were wearing face shields because the cloth masks were too restrictive for us to breathe but apparently the face shields weren’t good enough for her so they lost our business. In the future, I would suggest not to be a mask-hole!

I have visited a number of times. Their products are phenomenal and of the highest quality. I especially recommend their raspberry truffles. Fairly priced for a custom sweets shop and you can see them make the sweets inside the store. Nicely located close to freeway access. The smells and sights inside are wonderful. Locally owned and operated. Highly recommend.
