I have eaten here several times now so I feel it’s time for an honest review. Overall it’s a good all you can eat. Is it the best? Not in my opinion. The service is decent however you will find them bringing you food that you didn’t order. The appetizers were over cooked and lukewarm at best. The miso was just broth with no tofu or seaweed. The Nigiri was on par with other restaurants in the area. Where this restaurant excels is the variety of rolls that it offers. The 300 (which can only be found on the online menu) is fantastic. Definitely check them out, but don’t expect a tiptop experience.

Hinoki Sushi, you have done it again and always!! Very delicious, wonderful environment and the culture is like no other. You guys never disappoint! Came in with the family and got sat down in a timely manner. Ordered the usuals and also had some specially created sushi rolls made for us by the chef, spectacular and incredibly tasty! The quail egg shooter were on point. I absolutely love them here! By far the best. Also, can’t forget about the incredible and welcoming staff with the 100% customer service. Thank you!

We recently moved to the area and this is the first sushi experience we have had and I am sad to say I was disappointed 😞 We walked in and it was not very full. We had a table for 2 adults, 1 kid and I highchair and they sat us in the corner, which I appreciate. We received the menus, and immediately placed an order for tempura and a cucumber salad at the same time that our drinks were taken. We always order food for the kids quickly so that we can enjoy dinner... well fast-forward 15 minutes, and no apps yet. Waited another 5 minutes and when our sushi was brought to us and no tempura and cucumber salad, we asked and the girl totally forgot! I am not angry that she forgot, but this ruined our whole experience because our kids had no food and then we could not enjoy our sushi. The tempura and cucumber salad still took another 10 minutes. Once it finally came out, we were just excited to settle down the 1 year old and then when we tried to cut into the veggie tempura to cool down for the baby, the sweet potato was raw! It was so disappointing. Our whole experience was really sad. We are parents and this was our night out with kids. It already is not easy and we are in the service industry, so we try to be really understanding, but there was no follow-up and it was disappointing. We had to mention that the tempura was undercooked because our server never returned to the table. The tempura was 3.99, so it was not about the money for us, it was the principle. Overall, the sushi was very tasty and I would order take-out, but not sure I would dine in again. The restaurant was full of people and it really seemed like we were the only ones that received poor service because everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves. The prices were very reasonable and there was an all-you-can-eat option.

To My Fellow Vegans: There's actually a decent selection of vegan rolls here! The Tempura Veggie with that sweet potato is my fav and the Green Giant my second. The Hulk is tasty and very green. Sushi they have vegan Nigri a fried mushroom shin and shitaki mushroom. Nice change. Wonderful fast sushi chefs and hostess.

Nice friendly service with no masks or covid restrictions! However the beef teriyaki has left to be desired, the salad wasn't the most fresh nor the dressing.. The beef itself wasnt tender at all and pretty much felt flat both in flavor and texture... That teriyaki sauce was alright along with the white rice, the tempura vegetables were alright and made a great addition... It didn't fill me which brings me to my next thing i order was the workout sushis! They were pretty good and creative such as putting beef on the top and using mangos in the center. I love how thin these sushis got as cutting them in half made it easy for everyone to share at a table! The prices were pretty fair and i could probably come here again!
