7-eleven

I typically don't go to 7-eleven but went in today and yes the guys phone call was more important than customers.. There is no customer service here. He was on speaker phone the entire time. I went out to the car realized I forgot something and said I don't want to inconvenience his phone call and went elsewhere.

This is one of the worst 7 Elevens that I’ve ever been to. The clerks tend to be rude, and heaven help you if you want a receipt. The last time I was there, after he finished the order, he walked away, so I took the receipt myself. He got mad at me. And today, just before 2 PM, my daughter went in. The clerk grabbed the receipt, crumpled it, and threw it in the trash. When my daughter asked for it, he said he didn’t want to get it. She’s 14, and not one to argue with adults, so she just left. We try not to go there, but it’s the only store in walking distance.

They steal your money. I bought a small slushee which is literally on the machine and marketed as a small because it’s literally a small and they charged me for a medium. Thankfully I asked for my receipt which at first he did want to give to me but when I got it I saw that he was charging me extra. He then proceeded to try and lie to my face that it was medium. The cup was small. The lid was small. The literal website said it was small. Wasn’t wearing a mask, wasn’t paying attention cause he was on his phone, eating the product, and stealing my money.

Convenience makes up for higher price on some items. Download the app and get points and free stuff to offset paying higher prices for other things you need. I'm updating my review to one star because a couple of the foreign sounding employees acted as if I was wasting their time when I asked for them to scan my app to earn my points. Last week I stopped by for a free promotional slurpee advertised on the app and was given the stink-eye when they tried to charge me for it. Just now, one of them pretended like he scanned it for me. I thought he may have done that, but I didn't want to accuse him and gave him the benefit of the doubt, but when I left the store, I found out no points were registered to my app. Will only stop at this store when my need for convenience outweighs the bad taste in my mouth after I leave there.
