7-eleven

Haven't had this bad of customer service in a long time. They have a display with cases of Monster already opened that I used to pick from because I can't have cold drinks. They older guy behind the counter literally yelled from the counter that I can't get them from there and I have to put them back and get them from the refrigerator in front of everyone and everyone heard him. There are no signs saying you can't pick them up from there and there are already open cases sitting there. I'm never coming back to this 7-eleven again. Was once my favorite store but not anymore. Been a long time since I've been disrespected like that.

I was there last night 9:50pm. The employee was extremely rude, yelling on his bluetooth the whole time. I had to tell him 3 times that i am paying for gas and doesnt seem to wanna listen. Prior to that i was standing waiting for him help me to pay while he is barking on his bluetooth and yelled at me if i am ready? How stupid. He gave me wrong change too.😡

Bought expired milk not realizing and y’all can’t answer phone or give me money back for it not happy with the customer service here either the two lady’s working nights were arguing little and just rude in general not coming to this location ever again over the lack of customer service not the first time I’m not pleased with this location if I could give a zero star I would

The cashier said his scanner didnt work , manually put in amount that was more than I usually pay at this location, I then questioned him about it he said it was tax increase, I said ok, thought it was true until I reached the door only to watch him take money out of the register and pocket it. Be very cautious of how much you pay if you go to this place,

The employee working Friday night/Saturday morning, graveyard shift was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of encountering at a convenience store. He followed us around (very closely, I'm surprised I didn't feel his breath on the back of my neck), insinuating that we were stealing. Once we were at the register to pay for our items, he just stared at us and didn't do or say anything until I broke the incredibly awkward silence. I purchased quite a number of items, making it obvious that I needed a bag, yet I had to ask. And in response, he acted as if asking him to do his job was uncalled for or too taxing/difficult for him. He also had headphones in the entire time he was giving us the thousand yard stare with a slack-jawed, mindless expression on his face. Not sure if he was just extremely pretentious and rude or if he suffered a traumatic, head injury. Needless to say, I'm never going back.
