Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had a paper sign on a chair stating you were unable to order via the in-person line. They were only accepting customers who had online orders, at 9:22 PM, when the stated hours are closed at 10:00 PM. This is a very poor thing to do to a family including children who just finished an 6 hour drive to this area and can't typically trust majority of restaurants. Forcing us to order online also made us forgo our food safety (reason we come here) as we have food allergies and are unable to eat or be served by blind online ordering due to cross contamination. Being unable to put remarks or comments on the online ordering makes it an extremely risky operation for our family. Did not finish the order until after 10:00 PM when the order claimed it would be ready at 9:40 PM. This is not how I've ever been treated at a Chipotle and I've been to them across the entire USA.

Food items were cold. It took about it 20 minutes to order my food even though only One costumer was ahead. No steak available; only online. The young employees were definitely struggling with orders, both making them and behind register. I couldn’t hear the worker at all behind register. I feel bad for the kids if it gets slightly busy

If I can give no star, I will. The cashier at this location who is w, tall, and college age guy is the most entitled and rudest person I've ever met in my life. I couldn't believe Chipotle hires people like this. Very disappointed, and will not go back again! I own Chipotle stock, now am thinking about selling all shares. I go to this location only once a month on average because my experiences were not pleasant most of the time.....I used to buy food from Chipotle every week when I was in California.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve been to a lot ). Very very slow . At 8pm we waited in line for 30 minutes and there were only 4 people ahead of us. While there were three employees , only one was working the line and didn’t seem to know how to make anything. No chips , quesadilla press was broken , no napkins out , all the tables were filthy , trashes were overflowing . The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and when we asked for some they said they didn’t have any 🤷🏽‍♀️. We are passing through town and did see another chipotle a little further down I80 E, so try that one .

I had the “steak salad” a few days ago. A tablespoon of guacamole salad topping costs $2.50.. The steak pieces were loaded with chewey fat and connective tissue. I had to discard about 9 pieces (note: the salad only had about 12 pieces to begin with). The overall price was over $13 dollars. This place fails on quality and price. Enjoy the salad place 100 yards away for a descent meal.
