Most of the time I have a decent experience. However it seems that The workers always shut down the Hot case Before 10pm which sucks since I get off work at 9pm. Also the employee turnover is ridiculous. Now you hired some guy that moves slower than molasses! I ordered 2 chicken tenders on the way to work and he spent literally 3 minutes just putting 2 tenders into a pizza slice box, then taking forever to ring it up making, me miss my bus to work.

Two of the locations should have security guards. The employees are underpaid. Customer service is not a priority amongst all team members. Expired products left on shelves. Soda always seems to have issues with not being stocked. No hair nets being worn by employees that make hot food. No proper first aide kit. Problems with gaming machines a constant issue. Paychecks occasionally missing hours.

Night shift tells certain people to wear a mask yet allows some without. Not even the employees wear theirs correctly. A man had his under the nose and then under the chin later on while still on shift. When we entered this man was checking out a guy with no mask at all and proceeded to refuse to let us shop until we'd bought masks. Unprofessional and rude.

This is the closest one to where I live. The staff, for the most part is friendly. However, on more than one occasion.. if fact, 3 times in the last 2 days, I have seen staff with masks under their nose or on their chin. They don't enforce the mask mandate posted on the doors either. We are STILL in the midst of a pandemic!Tonight, however was the last straw. Went in to grab a Big Gulp and an employee was handling the cups and lids NOT wearing gloves AND NOT wearing a mask. I have stopped getting fountain drinks there because I don't trust it. Again, we are still in the midst of a PANDEMIC and the staff if being grossly negligent.

So there's a female associate who is stocking the shelves and self serve soda area and a male associate pretty much stuck on his register because of the never ending line at 7:30pm on the 4th of July. I approach the female associate and ask about the Bavarian cream filled donuts that were not in the donut case yet, but were sitting right beside the donut case waiting to be stocked. She states the "he" is working the donut load if, or when, he can get off of the register to do so. Oh yeah? And what the hell are you doing that you can't grab me a couple of donuts off of the load?? Made zero sense that "he", and only "he" could grab me a couple of donuts off of the load. Was it not her who was working freight while he tended to customers?? I had a cheese pack, self serve soda AND had already lost $10 in their slot machines so I don't feel like she should have been so quick not to help me with a couple of donuts. Dear Ms. Lazy, Sorry to have to inform you of this, but I am your paycheck. Every single customer who walks in that front door is your paycheck. Not only did you lose a sale, but you have also lost a customer as there are plenty of other convenient stores to choose from. And to your coworker who couldn't possibly get off a register and help me, I say I am sorry. Sorry that you have to work beside someone like her who doesn't have the first clue about customer service nor being a team player. All this over something as simple as a donut. SMH
