The younger man that works there swing shift is the rudest person first experience with him there was 6 people in line Including myself but he seems to not care we’re standing there waiting and continues to scan on his little scanner. After standing there for almost ten min I threw my money o the counter for the items in my hand and walked out. Tonight I go in there’s one man in line buys a pack of smokes and after he leaves the guy blows me off and walks away to go scan stuff 😡 I said “excuse me can u ring me up first “? He says “no I need do this” and I stood there for five minutes only wanted A pack of smokes I walked out and went to a different 711. He should be fired😡

Perfect example of how good customer service can tip the scales...It's a plain old 7 11, just the same as the rest, same employees who don't seem to like their jobs...the last couple of weeks I've had the pleasure of dealing with Lily. She smiles, she actually asks if she can help you with anything, her customer service skills are perfect and I just wanted to let someone know that I think she's great!

I will never go here again!! The guy who works the late late shift is ALWAYS rude, never talks to you except to tell you your total, seems to be talking to someone on the phone cos he is ALWAYS wearing a headset, seems IRRITATED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER at 1 am who just worked a grueling 8 hrs on their feet and is in pain and spends too much money for a coffee or anything else they sell, and he can't be bothered to even smile or say thank you but continues his phone conversation as soon as the receipt starts printing!!!!!

This was the worst service I have ever gotten to the point I may never use this store again my mother and I almost didnt get our change of 37.00 back from the two clerks tonight because they dont know how to handle cash or speak good English and are hard to understand. When confronted that they still owe the change back they were quick to argue and speak in another language between them selves when I finally said count your till/drawer ill wait they were quick to look at my receipt and a scratch piece of paper to see they were wrong and did owe the change I think that they need a rehiring for a more experienced clerk with prior money handling skills and good speech I'm sorry but this was horrible I really hope everyone checks there change back.
