Burger King

A lady that was working at the window for this location on February 19th around 6:00 pm was highly disrespectful. She misheard my order and instead of asking me to repeat what i said, she yelled “what”. Obviously, i cancelled my order and left. I believe she needs to be retrained on how to use appropriate tone and language and this is me being nice.

Restaurant closed while in drive through to order. My wife was in line and pulled up to the drive through speaker to place an order when they informed her they were now closed. There were cars in front of her and behind leaving her no way to leave the line in which she had to sit for 10-minutes unable to place a food order. Why not close off the drive through with cones like other fast food restaurants do preventing people from pulling up to order when there are no other indications that they are closing. What kind of business shuts down while customers are still waiting in the drive through line without any kind of notification that the restaurant is closing?!?! I called the restaurant while my wife was in the drive through line waiting to drive away without any food. A girl answered. I asked her why they were shutting down with customers waiting in the drive. She said they've been closing at 7:30pm for the past 3-months. I called at 7:32pm. The girl got rude and hung up on me. Is this how Burger King treats it's customers?!?!? Find a way to close off the drive through when you close! Pathetic customer service.

*UPDATE* The poor employees. Only a couple working at night and the drive-thru is slammed. My order was wrong, but I felt so bad for the staff that I just took it. Come on, manager/owner. Get some staff in there. Waiting 10 mins for someone to take the order while waiting at the speaker? *UPDATE* Yeah, I'm back. Thought that I would give them another chance. Took 15mins to take my order. Employees fighting in the back. Quite the entertainment. This is worth the price of admission. Food still sucks.

COVID infection is at an all-time high here, and workers refuse to wear masks because "we're all vaccinated." That's not the point, following state guidelines and making sure your customers don't get infected by your shoddy health practices should be your highest priority. Won't be going back to this dirty, nasty disease spreading facility.

I came today to try the new ChKing sandwich. I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, no mention of "spicy". At the window, the rep said,"deluxe," right?". I said yes. 5 miles later when I got home, the packaging was checked "spicy". The sandwiches were in fact spicy, and NOT deluxe. I'm sure I paid extra for sandwiches that were inedible. I tried to call the store and they were not accepting calls. Will NOT return to this BK!
