The latte was delicious, but there was not enough heated seating. I think this place will be great to visit more in warmer months :)

Great food and coffee. A little overpriced, but you’re paying to infiltrate the command center of the RVa noise music alt kids. So, worth it if you’re into that

One of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to.. and I’ve been to a lot. There can be a wait when it’s busy on Sun but it’s worth it and they are crazy nice :):). This latte is a coffee/microfoam connoisseur’s dream. Turned my whole day around ❤️

Cute place for coffee and breakfast. Food was good but a bit more than I want to pay for a quick breakfast!

I haven’t been in a while but pre-pandemic this was the best place to heal the Saturday hangover. I still crave their breakfast sandwiches upon particularly rough wake ups.

Delicious mocha latte, so rich and flavorful! And my partner loves the flash brew!! New favorite spot in town!

Really incredible espresso beverages as well as other non-coffee options. We didn’t try any of the food, but the variety offered was impressive and it looked delicious. There was a slight line when we arrived so we ended up waiting outside to order for a few minutes. However, the staff made sure to keep the line moving and we got our drinks quickly after placing our orders. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love Lamplighter! Every time I’m in RVA I walk over for some yum food (don’t sleep on those chocolate matcha cups) & drinks (lavender latte is 10/10, but just found out today it’s seasonal). Today though, I decided to write a review because of their extreme thoughtfulness towards the RVA community. As seen in the picture I’ve shared, anyone who isn’t able to afford their next meal can go in and grab a sandwich or a drink free of charge. The world needs more of this kindness. Thank you Lamplighter for leading the change! :)
