Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

Read the reviews on Google and they were 3.5. Most of the bad reviews were centered around poor service. What we were in there on Easter and the service was very good. We enjoyed the appetizer and the main course dinners. They may be getting a bad rap because of incidents of poor service. I like this restaurant. We didn't take advantage of any of that beer or mixed drinks but I'm sure they are probably good. One thing the water is very good. It was disappointing to see one of their workers smoking in an area that says smoke-free atmosphere. Give it a try you probably would like this place.

Everything was pretty good. The deviled eggs tasted a bit bland. They needed more mustard in the recipe. The steak was also prepared perfectly but it too had mild flavors. I ALMOST wanted to ask for A1 but I can never bring myself to do that to a steak outside Denny’s. Other meals at the table were suitable and the dessert was delicious. I didn’t drink but others from our party did, to their delight. Bottom line: Nice place to try. Think of it as a higher end casual dining but low brow enough to wear jeans and a t-shirt.

We were in short pump mall and we wanted to have a quick beer. We saw restaurant rock bottom brewery and decided to hop on the bar for quick beer. From the beer on the tap we first ordered Son Beer. Son beer was amazing and we loved the beer. Then we had the oktoberfest beer which was also amazing and freshly brewed. All the beers on the tap they have brewed inside their own brewery

Service was great. My Patron Margherita was sensational. My husband got the Tito's elderberry fizz,, he said it had had too winey of a taste for him, but otherwise good. I had the Loaded AF Nachos with chicken and added guacamole & my husband had the Twisted Tenders, both delicious but his a little well done for his taste.

Cute place located at the side of Short Pump Town Center. You can take the stairs or the escalator to enter. The food was delicious and quick for a Saturday evening, we had the Hatch Chile Burger, Loaded AF Nachos, Sliders, Mediterranean Bowl, and Mashed Potatoes. Everything tasted amazing and our waitress was very attentive and helpful. The two young ladies at the hostess stand did not appear to want to be there, but I could be mistaken. It wasn't a very pleasant welcome in for our first time here. Our waitress turned that around promptly though and the food was worth it. The only thing we were a little uncomfortable with- we were sat at a booth by the kitchen. Everything was fine until orders began popping up and not moving. The door behind our booth was kicked open loudly quite a few times and a gentleman who appeared to be management yelled for help. That's all okay, we understand having worked in the restaurant industry prior, but no one came to help. Our oldest child has sensory processing disorders and was a tad stressed with the kicking and yelling, thankfully we kept redirecting her to pictures and jokes to ease it. Overall, we will probably be back for more food and will ask to not sit near the kitchen.
