This as many had a beautiful setting, with associates greeting you with smiles. The aroma of fresh coffee was relaxing. My purchase included two cups, one for my wife and one for me. A quiet setting with plenty of seats available as others scurry in for their injection of fresh cup of coffee. Quite music 🎶 played in the background. How blessed we are to start our journey ❤️ of the day knowing that God loves us all so much. Share some love and kindness in your space. Pay it forward, and it will return to you 100 times. My favorite Starbucks. I stop here several times a week; the staff is always friendly. The other day my friend and I wanted to sit outside, and someone had left a table a mess. I asked if I could get some water on a napkin to clean it. Nope. The barista grabbed a cleaning rag and came out to clean the table for us. I can't think of a better example of how far they go for a customer.

The staff at the Starbucks is really nice and they make an excellent coffee. Even though the weight is usually pretty long, I think this is my favorite Starbucks in Richmond. Spouse disagrees.

I stop by Starbucks often & this location is either a hit or miss. I order the same thing every time(Venti iced matcha latte) & usually my drink is good… depending on who makes it that day.

Its Starbucks, of course they have great coffee. But the one batista that usually works in the morning ALWAYS pronounces my name correctly and my order is never wrong. The staff is always super friendly. This will be my only Starbucks I go to!

This place is fancy fancy! The interior is spacious where a lot of people can sit without feeling like you're crowding around everyone, it's super clean inside, they have a nice outdoor seating area facing the road with an over hang and some pretty lights giving it a cozy feel. I can't wait for the weather to chill a little so I can go sit in their outdoor seating area

The customer service in the morning is so warm and inviting and is a step up from most Starbucks morning crews. I always feel welcome and know that if there’s some wrong with my order, they’re always quick to correct it.

The new location is very modern-looking. The same friendly staff, and the addition of the SO WANTED drive through!! My White Chocolate Mocha is always right on taste at this location. Love it!

One of the only Starbucks I've been to in the last 10 in years in which you cannot look out the window... and see another Starbucks! They do make a solid cup of coffee though... make as much fun as you wish... but when you find a Starbucks and order a grande Pike Place black... it comes out exactly like it should. This is something to be said about consistency, right?!
