Excellent staff… everyone is friendly.. it’s quiet.. CJ is awesome and was so accommodating with me when I needed to switch apts to a bigger one. I love it so far. Parking is annoying but at least it’s garaged and not bad pricing at all and totally worth not having to find street parking. It’s safe and I Highly recommend. Edit: laundry: what can you expect when mostly all college kids live here. So yes, half the washers and dryers are broken but maintenance is on top of the things, leasing is awesome, noise level surprisingly isn’t bad. Overall my favorite spot in Richmond.

I had to leave another comment about them, alexis and stephanie are angels they some how make me feel like they are looking out for me. they've made my stay at coliseum lofts very smooth, I had lost my job when the vaccination mandate was in place and thought i was going to honestly be homeless. They jumped into action and helped me save my livelihood so I can continue to be a functional resident here... Thanks guys from the bottom of my soul

We called Heather in search of an apartment in Richmond. Great place to live! I’ve been here for a little over a week and I love it so far! I recently relocated to the Richmond area, and Jasmine went above and beyond to make my transition as smooth as possible! Very clean, nice location, and great price for a young professional looking to be immersed in the city.

My son has lived at Coliseum Lofts for almost a year and will remain there for his senior year at VCU. The location is excellent and the facility is clean and well maintained. Having utilities, high speed internet and television included is great. Through personal experience leasing from Dodson and now with my son living at a Dodson property I give them high marks for their responsiveness and courtesy. Kathryne and Amber are a pleasure to interact with and genuinely care about tenants needs, as did Nathan, Mary, and Anna before them. Edit...The maintenance supervisor Philip is great as well!! I recommend this property to prospective tenants.
