I am most certainly never disappointed when I eat here!! I love coming here so much! The staff here are very friendly and this place gives a homely Southern type vibe. The food is amazing! This was my second time coming here and I was able to try the crabmeat stuffed fish, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cabbage with a roll. It was so good and very well seasoned! You get a lot for a very reasonable price!! I have no complaints about this place here! I recommend this place to anyone! I wish they had one near Virginia Beach because I'd definitely be there more often! I look forward to coming here again!

This place never fails to satisfy my taste for “nana’s cookin”. Best southern styled food in all Hampton Roads. Staff never fails to have a smiling face and give a warm welcome. Not to mention they have some great specials like 2 meals for $25. Great portion sizes and I always leave with left overs. You just can’t beat that price for such quality food. Thanks for everything!!

The staff are some of the nicest people that I have encountered in the Hampton area. The food is served cafeteria style and has extremely large portions. My go-to meal is always hamburger steak with onions and gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll, and a spinach salad. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, but the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff more than make up for this. Everything is very reasonably priced; I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an old-school home-cooked meal.

Didn’t even know this place was right behind my house. Got the Nashville chicken w Mac n cheese, mashed pot, cabbage n a piece of pecan pie. I got no problem paying for decent food but the fact that it was a cafeteria n was on a steam table made it the best 20$ I’ve ever spent on fast food. Hell I’d pay more than that
