The service is more care-free than slow. But the food is very rich and our server was so nice and sociable. Even with a lot tvs around the vibe in the sitting area is very chill with the music they played

I was on a road trip down the east coast with some friends and was wondering if there was any kosher food nearby. I came across this place (it was the only kosher place for miles) and was quite confused by the name being as it’s an all dairy restaurant with the name pops bar and grill.
It is in fact fully kosher under the supervision of the Vaad Hakashrut of Richmond.
The place also doubles as a bingo club for old black women but don’t be intimidated they are a lot of fun. The frum owner greeted us with a smile and reassured us of the kashrut of the restaurant.
Tasha/Keisha was funny and a great server.
Yitchok, a sweet old man who made my food with love. All in all it was a very cute place very family oriented. I really enjoyed my visit. I would definitely eat here again.
