Red Lobster

I love the food from Red Lobster. It's great for a chain restaurant. The staff in Richmond Indiana made my meal even better. My waitress was one of the best. If you end up in Richmond and Lisa is your server, let her know how awesome she is. The manager came over to our table and she was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this Red Lobster 🦞 The Staff at this restaurant are as good as they come. Tip them well and tell them Derek said, Hi! 😎👋

Be aware if you order a dessert, They will give you the most ridiculous tiny piece and they will charge you 8 dollars. It is a robbery. It ruined the whole experience we had before. The waiter was careless. It is offensive they give you a very thin piece of cacke and charge you with the same face. No good for business. If you charge a crazy amount of money, the piece needs to be generous. Pay attention to details.

I took my Grandson out for Monday's "All You Can Eat" shrimp. We had some errands to run in Richmond, Indiana so that is why we picked this Red Lobster. Our experience was about 1pm and after a short 2 minure wait we were seated. Our server Christy was at the table quickly and rought our drink order and thise wonderful cheddar biscuits within minutes. We didn't have to wait long for our first order of shrimp and she came back several times to make sure we were not without shrimp! The food was hot and tasty and the service was very good. Isn't that the way it should be? This time the Richmond store nailed it!

I order from the app, and I am pleased with the food and service. UPDATE:. February 14, 2022:. My parents and I came for lunch. We all ordered the Sailor's Sampler Platter. It tasted great, but I couldn't eat all of it. I will come back. UPDATE:. July 1, 2022-. I ordered out the Grilled Atlantic. Half Salmon, Creamy Lobster Baked Potato, Bacon Macaroni and Cheese, Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and Diet Pepsi. It is good. It will save one of the biscuits for another time.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times since covid, and service is very poor. Food not bad, I got the fish and chips which didn't come with any chips, when they brought it out. So I had to wait for what looked like fries straight from a freezer bag, which they were still cold. The time we waited was about 40 min for our food, which they were not busy. I understand if they were busy. No wonder the Mexican restaurants are always so busy. They always have friendly staff and are happy to help you. I'm ready for America restaurants to get back to normal. Hopefully Red lobster you can get better.

Always delicious food and great service our waitress was amazing. Would have gave 5 stars but we ordered cheesecake to go and when we got it home it had raspberry sauce on it, it did not specify that on the menu. It was still good tho, maybe update your menu or ask customer if they are OK with sauce 🙂 I give 4.5 stars!!
