UPDATE:. March 16, 2022-I still love Jimmy John's. Today, I redeemed a free advocado spread reward from the app. I also tried the new Zesty Garden Turkey Club Sandwich, which is a available for a limited time. It tastes great. I wish I would earn more rewards for free sandwiches. Also, just like everything else, the prices have gone up

I like JJs because you don't have to build a sub sandwich. You just say number 7 and they build it. And all their subs are great. The service is fast and friendly.

2 times this week I've ordered for delivery and it's been over and hour to get my food when I work 3-4 blocks away I can't leave for my lunch and end up getting my lunch blown right through without getting my food I even ordered early this last time and it took and hour and 8 minutes and my order was wrong this place use to be amazing and has truly gone down hill specially when I call to to try and get it fixed the lady was incredibly rude

Been to this sandwich shop several times and never really been disappointed. They do turn the name freaky fast for a reason. By the time I'm done paying the food is usually waiting for me. the drive-thru has always been just as fast. I've never eaten side always to go never dissatisfied with my results and the order has always been right
