We had a large order of over $70 last night and 6+ items were forgotten. And several items not made as ordered. We tried to call the location to work out a partial refund because we didnt want to drive back that late at night just to sit again in the drive thru to talk to someone.

Good location. Fast drive through. Just wish TB hadn't removed my 3 favorites from the menu. Tostda, DD Taco, 7 Layer burritos.

10/10 do not recommend this place - drive to McHenry. Literally every time we go here they short us at least one item and make our items wrong. It’s not like we are ordering complicated items here … a cheesy Gordita crunch is supposed to have spicy ranch - it’s part of the recipe. When you call the restaurant no one answers the phone … if you go to the restaurant to talk to them the manager looks at you like you’re trying to rob them of a $3 taco.

I will never go back there again. Everyone wants$15/hr but they can't even get my order right. First I order a box of tacos. I saw on the screen that it was "supreme" so I corrected him. I did not want supreme. He was new and didn't know how to fix it. He called the manager over and she fixed it for him. But half my tacos had sour cream/Supreme. Then I ordered an island strawberry drink, Large. Turned out it was a small. Glad i checked cuz some places their large looks small.....I was just passing thru and I go through, alot going to Madison often...But I won't be stopping at this taco bell anymore. This was the one time I choose taco bell over all the other fast food places right on the corner of rte 173 and rte 12. There are many options. Good bye taco bell.

Food is always good here and well prepared. I believe this is the best taco bell around the area.

Can we either update the google hours or actually stay open to the time that’s listed? We arrived at 11:30pm. Hours listed 12am??? Let’s utilize the technology we have at hand people
