Stopped in for dinner, something different for a change, and close to home. I've been here many times, first time getting the hot dog, Chicago dog and Mutt dog, sweet potato tots and onion rings - everything was awesome. Those sweet potato tots are really good. Also had the trad wings. Top Dawg sauce, reminds me of a sweet bourbon sauce. Very good and perfectly cooked. Excellent meal with excellent beers from a good selection.

We came in for dinner a little before 7pm. There 3 other tables that came in shortly after us. There were 4 servers and yes, it was busy. They said, “ Have a seat, we’ll be right with you.” 10 minutes went by, nothing. 15….nothing! I waved at 2 of the servers standing at the end of the bar drinking their drinks & chatting with customers. The other 2 servers were checking on other tables and taking orders of those that came in after us. After 24 minutes, not 1 person asked if we were ready to order, wanted drinks….NOTHING! 🤬 I always show grace toward food service workers as I spent 9 years doing it myself. Not an easy job! We’ve been when they were busier and fewer staff working. Very disappointed!

Used to love this place, but tonight was the last time I'll be back. Place was at maybe 60 to 70 % full. Asked our server how long the wait to get food would be. We were told maybe 30 minutes, to be on the safe side. We waited over an hour to get our food. People who came in after us by 20 minutes got there food 20 minutes before us. Mushroom swiss burger filled half the bun. One of the orders was wrong. Two guys having drinks and waiting on food were told after about 30 minutes the kitchen couldn't make what they ordered so they proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for salads. Updated FEB22 They are back on track with the tasty foods n good help working.

The only good thing on the menu is the burgers. $65 for 4 people, didn't get a receipt and most of the food was bad. Baked potato didn't come with anything (not even butter) and the Mac tasted like noodles with cheese wiz. $65 included 2 burger meals (1 with fries which is an upcharge), quesadilla with Mac (Mac was extra bc this didn't come with any side) and 2 hot dogs with a baked potato. I could have fed 4 people at a steak house for that amount and actually enjoyed the food.
